Hey Friend,

This is NOT an April Fool's joke! I promise!

I've been working behind the scenes on something BIG, and I'm bursting to share it with you. The brand new Project School Wellness website is launching soon, and I genuinely think it's going to make your teaching life SO much easier.

Here are three things I think you're going to absolutely love:

  • Teacher HQ - I've created this section JUST FOR YOU! It's packed with concrete teaching ideas for the most important health topics. We're talking comprehensive teaching guides with quick and easy activities, grade-level specific ideas, connections to every health skill, and curated resource lists. (No more late nights scrambling for Monday's lesson plan!)

  • Meeting SHAPE Standards Made Easy - Remember when I said teachers shouldn't have to do it all? I meant it! Every teaching guide includes a health skills grid giving you specific ideas for how to teach each health skill and meet those standards without the overwhelming planning. More teaching joy, less burnout!

  • Videos for You AND Your Students - Not only are we revamping the website, but we're also building a robust video library! These aren't just for your planning. They're classroom-ready resources your students will actually connect with.

I know that as a health teacher, you're often expected to create engaging, relevant content with limited time and resources. My goal has always been to lighten that load so you can focus on what you love most - connecting with your students and making health class the most important part of their day.

Always here for you,

Janelle

While you're waiting for the big reveal, don't forget about these existing resources:

Our curated collections on ATOD, Body Image, and Mental Health are ready to use! Our teacher education series on topics like Body Image (featuring videos on teaching body neutrality, understanding the difference between body positivity and neutrality, and why we should stop talking about weight in health class) gives you the professional development you need, when you need it. These are videos meant for helping you feel confident and prepared to tackle even the most sensitive health topics.

Each comprehensive package includes over 130 lessons with detailed plans, student worksheets (digital and print), PowerPoint presentations, assessments, and instructional videos—all organized in an easy-to-navigate online dashboard.
